"The legacy of the millennium" in the Russian numerical system

Non-standard forms of the years of the XXIst century in Russian ( dvukhtysyach trinadtsatyj god ) are presumably conditioned by the effect of suspended priming: by speech inertia under the influence of the numerical adjective resembling the ordinal numeral dvukhtysyachnyj. The Genitive shape of the first component can be found also in compound ordinals of other types. The analysis of various deviations of ordinal numerals in comparison with other types of numerals or numerical nouns suggests the presence of active processes in the Russian numerical system.
