Inheritance of separate types of property

The article discusses the features of inheritance of certain types of rights associated with participation in corporate organizations, the differences in the regulation of these rights, in accordance with the law. The article examines the characteristics of property inheritance in a limited liability company, economic partnership and joint-stock company, as well as inheritance of a share (share) and shares. Some aspects of the legislation governing the inheritance of property of certain types of rights are analyzed.
