The paper discusses the modern works devoted to the hereditary form of breast cancer. There are the basic differences of the hereditary and sporadic forms of breast cancer in clinical course, pathomorphological characteristics and prognostic factors. The principal preventive methods against the Development of the hereditary breast cancer are discussed: dynamic supervision, conservative and surgical prophylactics.
