Digital technologies are reshaping many areas of public life in the modern information society. Inheritance law, acting as a classic sub-branch of civil law, is adapting to the conditions of widespread use of digital technologies. The article analyzes the trends in the development of inheritance law in the context of digitalization of the modern information society.
