Contract of succession as a specific institute of foreign states civil law: a general characteristic and legal regulation problems

The article is devoted to the general characteristic of the contract of succession in foreign states civil law and it`s legal regulation. The authors infer this institute to have a mixed inheritance and contract character. In this connection, the theory and practice of foreign civil law display the problems concerned with the application of inheritance and contract law provisions to this institute.
