Inheritance contract as the third form of inheritance

The article presents the third form of inheritance - an inheritance contract along with inheritance by will and law. The advantages and disadvantages of the inheritance agreement in Russian civil law are outlined, and ways to improve the norms of the inheritance agreement of Article 1140.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are outlined. It also suggests ways to improve the provisions on the inheritance contract in the civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
