Inheritance under a will complicated by a foreign element

The article considers civil-legal relations complicated by a foreign element, in particular hereditary relations. This problem has recently become more urgent, due to the fact that the number of hereditary cases complicated by a foreign element is growing. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of hereditary relations, including the legal forms of manifestation of a foreign element in hereditary relations. The analysis of the Russian judicial practice on inheritance cases complicated by a foreign element is also carried out.
