The article discusses the concept, goals and methods of employee adaptation, explores the concept and objectives of mentoring as a popular method of person adaptation, describes the benefits of its use in the company, and also examines the mentoring system of new employees in OTP Bank JSC. The total mentoring period of each newcomer in the Bank is about two months. Adaptation through mentoring has a positive effect on the quality of staff work.
