In the article mentoring is considered as one of the most common training methods at enterprises. Main tasks and role of a mentor in young specialists’ adaptation are defined, pros and cons of mentoring as the training method and a part of working process are discussed. The article also considers the problem of mentors’ promotion and motivation .
