Scientific management of labor as a factor of effective work of public libraries in the Republic of Mordovia

The paper considers the scientific management of labor in public libraries in the Republic of Mordovia. Theoretical sources on the research topic are analyzed; the necessity of scientific management of labor in the library as a comprehensive process of improving labor, technology, management and rational use of working time at the contemporary stage is substantiated. Conclusions on the issues of concern are drawn.
