The scientific organization of labor in the sugar industry in the Kuban region 1960-1970's: the introduction and the problem

Article is devoted to problems of formation and implementation of scientific organization of labor in the sugar factories in the Kuban years 1960-1970 as important components of effective production of sugar. Based on the analysis of the sugar industry of Kuban author highlights the introduction of scientific management and the related process issues. An analysis of the author concludes that the formalization of the scientific organization of labor as a systemic phenomenon in connection with the state's economic policy.
