Research activity as component of the main backbone processes of higher education institution

The Research Activity (RA) is a vital part of activity of higher education institution. Without systematic development of the called sphere it is impossible to increase efficiency of competitiveness of a higher educational institution at this boundary of evolution of system of higher education. That the realization of research activity was enabled consistently in a constant progression which can be provided due to formation of an effective control system is important. In this research the general approach to system management of RA which is offered to be considered from the point of view of two positions is offered: as a component of processes which characterize the main system kinds of activity of higher education institution and as the independent type of functioning which is directly connected with expeditious implementation of innovative projects.
