Scientific advisory councils at the high courts of the Russian Federation: order of formation, objectives, features of the activity

This article is devoted to the specifics of the scientific Advisory Council at the Supreme courts of the Russian Federation, its objectives, as well as the order of formation. Along with this, the role and functions of the scientific Advisory Council in the activities of the Supreme courts of the Russian Federation were determined.
