Scientific methodological foundations of economic mechanism of regional investment construction complex management

The article discusses the general scientific and methodological foundations of economic management mechanisms for economic entities of different levels - from regional to international, requiring the transition from the outdated paradigm of social development to a new, taking into account the need to resolve the current scientific, technological, managerial, economic, geopolitical and other issues. The author justifies the necessity of taking into account the regional nature when developing the mechanism of regional investment construction complex management.
