Scientific and methodological apparatus of the system of motivation of customs officials

In the article, on the example of the far Eastern customs administration, the features of motivation of customs officers are considered, the factors that affect the satisfaction of staff work, the key components of the motivational mechanism of work in the customs system are studied, on the basis of which the main directions and principles of the remuneration policy are proposed.
