This review demonstrates the integrated application of artifi cial intelligence and digital technologies in PLM systems to improve the effi ciency of mechanical engineering production. It examines methods for automatically classifying digital twins, applying machine learning to predict quality parameters, and integrating modern information management systems. Practical examples demonstrate how semantic analysis and graph database technologies can signifi cantly reduce operational time, improve forecast accuracy, and lower operating costs. The paper summarizes the results of implementing innovative solutions, demonstrating the economic impact and identifying key challenges in the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
