Scientific and information support of strategic planning in the Russian Federation

The article is described the issue of the use of existing information-communication systems - Situation Centers (SC) of organs of power for scientific and information support of the state strategic planning in connection with the adoption of a new Federal Law in 2014 year. The results of analytical research of the process of conceptualization of SC in the system of public management of the Russian Federation were elaborated in this article.
