Scientific approaches to the concept of «abuse of law» in criminal proceedings

The article examines several scientific approaches to the definition of abuse of law. There is no single point of view on this concept, there is an opinion that such a concept as a phenomenon is absent at all. The article analyzes several of the most general approaches to this problem in legal science, which in different ways define the definition of abuse of law.
