The law policy science as an organization form of legal life in history of the Russian natural-legal thought

The article is focused one of the most emerging issues of the contemporary Russian juridical science. It is substantiated the importance of creative use of the Russian natural-legal thought legacy in order to further theoretical development in contemporary conditions of law policy science. There is defined a contribution of the Russian natural-legal thought representatives in proof of necessary and importance of law policy science establishment, in the study of its theoretical foundations.
