The author tried to substantiate the necessity of full perception of the mission of humanitarian higher education. Humanitarian Institutions ought to be regarded as a special object in educational environment where philosophers methodologists, sociologists, culturologists, specialists of higher education should be envolved. The scientific project of fundamental and qualitative transformation of humanitarian education aimed at the engagement into civilized dynamics with orientation on optimization of «benefit» for Russia could become the main ground, the source of planning and building the fields of problems for scientific investigations in a humanitarian institution.
