Problematic issues of forensic-ecological expertise

The article analyzes the legal regulation of the forensic expertise in criminal matters, the receipt and conclusions of the expert. The results of specific judicial expertise, namely, environmental, assessed the quality of criminal-procedural law. The author identifies gaps and uncertainties in the act, develops proposals for their elimination.
