Appointment of forensic medical examination in cases of holiganity

The article discusses the appointment of a forensic medical examination in cases of hooliganism. Issues related to conducting a forensic medical examination in the context of studying cases of hooliganism are considered. The unique procedural characteristics and the process involving the preparation of an official document to begin the examination are analyzed. It is noted that the examination in cases of hooliganism is one of the main pieces of evidence (together with others) to justify the decision to classify the act under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
