The interior officers’ unfavorable psychic states and levels of development of professionally important psychological qualities

The article considers the structure of professionally important qualities and its relation to unfavourable psychic states. The authors reveal the knowledge, skills and abilities’ influence on the prevention of criminal incidents connected with changes in psychic states of the Interior officers. The dynamics of unfavourable states and necessity to carry out preventive measures is shown, service conditions taken into account.
