The specifics of the quality management systems formation in energy sales organizations emphasize the need to implement software solutions to assess the quality of service indicators. Modern standards defining their characteristics are described. The quality assessment model in the FuzzyTECH software environment is developed. The implementation of the model is carried out using modern approaches and methods, such as fuzzy logic modeling and the Mamdani algorithm, to obtain reliable quality assessment results. The model allows to take into account various parameters, including the resilience of the software product to errors, suitability for solving tasks, usability, development and implementation time, as well as their cost. This model can be used by energy sales organizations and other interested parties to assess the quality of software product implementation, process management, and address service quality issues. As a result, companies can increase their competitiveness in the marketplace, improve customer satisfaction and optimize resources.
