Invalidity of transactions made in the absence of a notarized consent of one of the spouses: problems of legislation and practice of application

In this study, the author analyzes some of the problems of legislation and practice of applying the rules on the invalidity of transactions made in the absence of a notarized consent of one of the spouses and formulates proposals for improving the current legislation. The article discusses the issues of expediency of expanding the list of transactions that require a notarized consent of the spouse, as well as the formation of a unified state register of civil status records, including marriage registration acts, on the principles of openness and accessibility.
