Invalidity of transactions: comparative analysis of void and disputed transactions

This article is aimed at analyzing the provisions on the invalidity of transactions. The relevance of this problem lies in the fact that sometimes the parties neglect the norms of legislation and conclude transactions that do not comply with the legislation. Also, sometimes transactions are intentionally made with certain violations in order to extract greater benefits for one party. The author analyzes the provisions of the legislation on invalid transactions. Provides a comparative analysis of the provisions of void and disputed transactions, and also establishes the differences of these institutions.
