The analysis of the frequency of endogenetic risk factor of cardial pathology in young athletes was the main aim of the research. Besides, it was also very important to reveal anomalies and heart diseases which werent diagnosed before the beginning of sport trainings. 340 young athletes were diagnosed echo-cardiographically. All of them were allowed to go in for sport. This permission was received after medical tests in hospitals attached to the places of their living and also in the centres of prophylaxis. The data obtained showed that 4.4 % of young athletes have got cardial pathology being an absolute contra-indication to sport studies in some cases. Proceeding from these results all sport school pupils should be undergone to echo-cardioscopic tests in specialized medical institutions in spite of their personal conditions and the results of other instrumental examinations. Specialists being prepared enough to diagnose slightly symptomized anomalies and heart diseases should take part in carrying out these tests.
