Unreliable or valid as a subject of forensic linguistic examination: the problem of detecting signs

Бесплатный доступ

The article analyzes the problems of forensic expert practice related to the taxonomy of signs of unreliable information. The relevance of the problem as a whole is connected with the information and psychological war being waged against the Russian Federation today. In particular, the problem is related to the lack of elaboration of the methodology for identifying false information as part of many illegal acts. The available methodological approaches proposed by various state and non-state agencies are analyzed: the Russian Federation Council, the Moscow State University, the Voronezh Association of Linguists-Experts, as well as individual experts in the field of expert studies. It is proposed for consideration by the expert community a method of quantitative measurement of the degree of fictionality of the text using publicly available software, which applies a graded standard of fictionality of the text.
