Informal component of social and labor relations in organization

The article is devoted to such a little studied aspect of social and labor relations as informal relations that arise in the course of labor activity between the management and the labor collective, individual workers. The definition of informal social and labor relations is given, the motives that encourage the parties to enter into such relations are revealed, their functions are considered, as well as the forms of interaction between formal and informal social and labor relations.
