The levels of Cortisol, terminal stabile metabolities of nitrogen oxide, activity of complement and its components C1-C5, concentration of soluble Fas receptor and interleukine-12 in saliva before and after impact of extreme cold and psychologic stress are determined. The principal possibility of application of noninvasive methods to evaluation of hormone and immune homeostasis, definition of common and specific peculiarities of stress-induced changes in homeostasis under the influence of stress of different nature is shown.
