The complex of neurophysiological researches of 109 patients having industrial contact with neurotoxicants (mercury, vinyl chloride) is spent. The surveyed contingent included 4 groups, 2 with experienced workers, who were in contact to mercury and vinyl chloride, the third group consisted of patients with for the first time established diagnosis of chronic mercury intoxication and the fourth included patients in the remote period of chronic mercury intoxication. As a result of carrying out of complex of inspection (somatosensory, long-latent acoustical, visual caused potentials, computer EEG, ultrasonic dopplerographic of head vascularity with loading tests) numerical indicators have been processed by means of discriminant analysis and number of diagnostic criteria, characteristic for defined neurotoxicant and stages of pathological process is established.
