Neurohumoral factors of hypertonic disease formation in young persons and possibilities of their correction

The features of the state of the neurohumoral system during the formation of hypertension in young people and the possibility of therapeutic correction are presented. The study involved 25 men aged 25 to 44 years, the average age was 33.4 ± 6.4 years. Clinical, instrumental and special research methods have been carried out. It was revealed that, against the background of the use of Physiotens during the year, the target blood pressure level was achieved in 33 patients. In addition, the use of the drug Physiotens significantly increased the number of normotonic reactions to physical activity during bicycle ergometry.
