The paper examines the outlooks of the neuroepistemological research in cognition and creative activity study. Interdisciplinary approach to the creative work problem is implemented in neuroepistemology, which can connect the biological characteristic of the human activities with the social ones. The main act of cognition is the construction of reality and the proofs of it are the following points. Firstly, many linguistic researches, philosophy of language and cognitive sciences show that there is the connection between language and thinking, whereby the language doesn’t reflect reality, but constructs it. Secondly, knowledge unit is the systemic constitution (for example, ideology, social typing, paradigms, research programs, episteme), which is represented in the discourse. Such systemic things are also called “the memes”, which control forming the knowledge of an individual. The paper examines the specificity of the horizontal and the vertical communication and the meme’s translation features. Human involving in social and cultural context is realized by the memes. The human brain features create the conditions not only for mastering the reality, but for the over-construction. The creative act initiates the overconstruction of knowledge and another interpretation of reality. Therefore, creative work becomes the necessary stage of knowledge forming, development and increase
