Neurocomputing in the management of socio-ecological-economic systems on the basis of a fractal approach

The operation of transitive economy actualizes the use of innovative technologies in the management of business processes. The authors proved the control technology of socio-ecological-economic systems on the basis of the theory of fractals; the proposed method of evaluation of the formation of the fractal-holographic thinking in the subjects of socio-ecological-economic process.
