Neuro-fuzzy models in problems of extracting rules from artificial neural networks

An example of the implementation of the system based on fuzzy intelligent control is carried out, a re-view and analysis of methods and approaches to the extraction of rules from artificial neural networks based on neuro-fuzzy models is carried out. The development of such systems is extremely necessary for the devel-opment of the digital economy in Russia and the creation of applications that allow making responsible and explainable management decisions in critical areas of the national economy.
