Neurovisualization of cerebral infarction in clinical practice

The analysis of early diagnosis and pathophysiological changes in patients with ischemic stroke has been made. The following characteristics of early diagnosis for acute stroke have been taken into account: early diagnostic and pathophysiologic signs of acute cerebral infarction, time of conducting computer tomography (CT) from the beginning of the disease, presence or absence of focus on the data of tomography, reliable methods of CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), advantages and drawbacks of tomography at acute stroke.
