The paper sets out the methodology of mathematical modeling and simulation of non-classical problems of population dynamics, comprising trophic and logistics functions. The results of the study non-singular points of the system and the stability of the solution. Received formal limitations to classify the nature of the singular point and phase trajectories described by the system. The technique of simulation experiments based analytical platform AnyLogic. The conclusion about the correctness of the obtained mathematical dependencies and performance stability of the solution.
