The labour market of any country attracts the attention of both politicians and economists, public figures, and ordinary citizens. This is the sphere of concentration of social and economic interests of the whole society as a whole. The exception here can be only self-employed citizens, who independently provide themselves with work. Other persons, employees and entrepreneurs who act as employers in the market, interact in the labour market and are highly dependent on its state and demographic situation in the labour market, that is, the market-labour conjuncture. The main problems of the Russian labour market include: insufficient qualifications of the overwhelming majority of the workforce, lack of specialists, a tendency to reduce Russia's population, the problem of outflow of the most qualified personnel from the country, shadow employment, etc.
