The article analyzes the concept of «labor safety» in domestic labor legislation. Some problems of legal regulation of labor protection in modern Russia are identified. The importance of the problem of labor protection of minors in working conditions is revealed. The necessity of monitoring compliance with the provisions of legislation in the field of labor relations with the category of teenagers is shown.
