The article is devoted to the study of contractual ways of transferring rights to an artificial intelligence system, both named and not provided for by civil legislation. The author believes that the legitimate use of modern information technologies, including artificial intelligence systems, is possible only through the participation of such systems in civil turnover; establishes the relationship of innovations, intellectual property objects and artificial intelligence systems, and therefore considers contracts mediating the emergence and transfer of rights to artificial intelligence systems through the prism of contracts regulating the transfer of rights to intellectual property objects; analyzes the emergence of new contractual models and forms the author's concept of "electronic transaction". It is concluded that the development, successful commercialization and effective practical application of artificial intelligence systems are impossible without the use of legal models for the transfer of intellectual property objects. In the innovation process, the mechanism that stimulates the creation and transfer of new technologies serves as a key factor for sustainable development during the modern technological revolution.
