Some aspects of preclinical studies of "Raspol" polysaccharide and its environmental safety

The main aim of our studies was the study the morphological parameters of rat blood and growth changes after the introduction of "Raspol" polysaccharide. Continuous application of "Raspol" in different doses did not allow to establish its harmful effect on the organism of laboratory animals. There was observed a marked increase in body weight of rats after the maximum dose of "Raspol", and the morphological parameters of the blood were within the limits of the physiological norm.
