Some aspects of the formation of psychological readiness of police officers for the use of firearms in real conditions

This article discusses the main issues regulating the formation of readiness of law enforcement officers to use firearms in real conditions. The main aspect considered in this article is the quality of personality that law enforcement officers need in order to competently use firearms not only in practical classes and when meeting standards, but also in conditions of real danger to life and health. When there is a threat to personal security, then a citizen has stress factors that prevent him from adequately perceiving reality, this is especially important for police officers, since they need to control them, suppress them so that actions to protect the individual, society and the state are in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
