Certain aspects of bilingualism within social and psycholinguistic approaches (on the example of Russian-Finnish bilingualism)

The article dwells on most debatable issues of bilingualism within the frames of both social and psycholinguistic approaches. The paper also indicates what makes the study of bilingualism so popular nowadays. The author shares the results of the survey carried out among Russian people living in Finland while attempting to interpret the results of the survey throug psycholinguistic approaches to bilingualism.
