Some aspects of the evolution of the concept of state sovereignty in the context of globalization

The modern state acts in the conditions of globalization. Understanding of the phenomenon of globalization is as ambiguous as the process itself. In order to study the state law reality in the changed conditions, the authors propose to rethink the traditional concept of state sovereignty and use the categories of formal-legal and actual state sovereignty. The authors note that the state might lose both actual state sovereignty and formal-legal state sovereignty. Factors of weakening of state sovereignty are listed, their interrelation is shown.
