Some aspects concerning the reasons for career failures

This article presents the results of an analysis of the causes of career failures. The authors believe that failures can be multiple, and they depend both on the type of career and on the personal qualities of the employee. To minimize failures in career growth, a certain socio-psychological preparation of a person is required.
