Some aspects of criminalistic fraud prevention in the sphere of car insurance

It was considering the characteristic features of fraudulent actions, which were committed by criminals, the authors focus on the fact that in recent years, fraud in the field of auto insurance has become relevant. This type is quite latent, difficult to disclose, often it becomes possible to find out about committed crimes of this kind only in connection with the conduct of operational-search measures, or thanks to statements submitted by representatives of insurance companies. It is noted that at present, the forensic prevention of these acts plays an important role in the disclosure, investigation and prevention of fraud. The article proposes preventive measures considering the specifics of the crimes under consideration.
