Some aspects of classification of actions of persons involved in terrorist organizations

The article deals with classification of some crimes committed by members of illegal armed groups. The author discusses the actions of terrorist organization members associated with financing of armed groups, as well as extortion of money needed for jihad. The research has found competing regulations on the responsibility for terrorism financing in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
