Some aspects of license agreements when using intellectual property objects in entrepreneurship

The article examines the license agreement, including a description of the characteristic features of license agreements, pays attention to the legal problems of the license agreement in the process of turnover of intellectual property rights. The methods of disposal of exclusive rights are considered. Attention is paid to the license agreement and, in some part, the issue of alienation of exclusive rights was considered. Some issues related to the implementation of the rights of purchasers of exclusive rights are considered, ways of protection against violations are considered. Some necessary recommendations are highlighted that will help to conclude a license agreement with respect to intellectual property objects.
