Some aspects of determining the amount of child spousal support

The article considers the current legislation on guaranteeing the rights of minor children for spousal support payouts. We have come to the conclusion that the currently applied contribution principle of calculating child spousal support in court does not correspond to the realities of modern life. In this regard, we put forward proposals for improving family legislation in the field of child support obligations. In particular, it is proposed to implement a set of measures to ensure the proper maintenance of minor children, such as fixing the minimum amount of support payouts, the creation of funds for child support. In addition, we focus on the need to establish and take into account the needs of children when determining the amount of spousal support payouts
