Some aspects of high school patriotic education on the municipal level

The theme of patriotism, traditionally acute for the Russian society, nowadays acquires new impulses and additional hues. It is participation of the organs of local self-government in a growing generation's patriotic education may raise a good possibility of developing and establishing of a civil society in Russia. The author considers the theoretical aspects of patriotic education, the methodic basis of its implementation, provides the practical experience of such upbringing which can be applied in other municipal establishments.
